Return Policy

Kıta Teknoloji ve Yazılım Ltd. Şti. is committed to acting in favor of consumers and resolving any issues within the legally defined period in accordance with our quality policy.

You may return the purchased products within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that a reason is specified.

Return Conditions:

  • The product can be used, but it must not have lost its resellable condition.
  • All accessories, the original packaging, and the invoice must be returned in full.
  • Products that are scratched, broken, damaged, missing accessories, or have damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
  • The returned product must be accompanied by a return invoice issued in the name of our company (for VAT payers).
  • Customers who are not VAT payers must return the product with the original invoice and delivery note. If these documents cannot be provided, any applicable VAT and other financial obligations will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the return is approved.
  • The return process must be initiated using a special code provided by our company.

Warranty & Defective Products:

  • All purchased products come with a 2-year warranty. If a manufacturing defect occurs during this period, the product will be replaced one-to-one.
  • For products covered under warranty, customers should contact our customer service team to initiate the replacement process.

Return Process:

  2. A special return code will be provided by our company to begin the return process.
